InteliCoat Technologies, LLC, formerly Rexam Image Products, LLC, the precision coating division of Rexam PLC, announced the completion of the company's acquisition by private investment firm Sun Capital Partners, Inc. of Boca Raton, Florida. The consideration is (pound)42 million ($60 million), of which (pound)17 million ($25 million) is in loan notes. InteliCoat joins Sun Capital Partner's portfolio of approximately 30 companies with combined sales in excess of $3.0 billion.
